The World is Flat (2)
2) Technology is reshaping human interaction personally, inter-nationally and economically. You could show your thoughts and ideas to anyone, anywhere with the world wide web, when the internet emerged in the1990's. Netscape helped make the internet available for everyone. The Fiber Optic Cable made it possible to send things miles and miles to people all over the world. Business could be done with someone all the way across the world. People could soon run their business online without having to be in person to communicate with your customers. Technology is reshaping human interaction inter-nationally and economically with outsourcing. Companies send their work to be done in another country. Offshoring also flattens the world where you can move your company to another country where it can make the same product with cheaper cost to the manufacturer. Insourcing helps companies to ship and move their products faster. The way it has helped flatten the world is by having UPS and other shipping companies delivering straight from the manufacturer. Some companies do not even work with their products anymore because of outsourcing, offshoring, and insourcing. Informing reshapes human interaction by having any and all of the worlds knowledge at your fingertips. Google helps with this also. Informing is searching for knowledge.
