The World is Flat (3)
The way the Freidman describes convergence in that more people have the power to access the flat world more than anyone ever before. Although Freidman is not saying that the flat world is making people more equal. In chapter three, The Triple Convergence, Freidman says that the ten flatteners need to work together to create a flat world and to get the full effect. For new technology to work and help someone, and be able to flatten the world, everything relating to and surrounding it needs to change to work with it and make it better. Convergence, and The Triple Convergence, means there are new players, on a new playing field, developing new habits for a collaboration, as Freidman describes it.
